PayUMoney — Settlement on hold and account is suspended

I have Gateway with PayUmoney(Merchent ID[protected] . They suspended the amount for 210 days without any prior notification. We are taking payment from one of our website. Initially the amount settled but lateron they said you are misusing credentials. When we were adding website they didn't do anything neither they sent any information or notification. Initally the amount got settled properly but after two settlement they gave this excuse and suspended the account for 210 days. Now neither they are telling the further process nor responding any email. This time the settlement of amount is very much important. Please help me getting the settlement done by tomorrow.
This payment is being taken for spiritual yatra which is very much mandatory for us. This is not a business so need the amount urgently.

We are not at all missusing the credentials. The websiste I am taking payment from is our property only.
