[Resolved]  PayUMoney — Settlement on Hold and No Response for Email

I have created a merchant account with PayU. (Merchant ID: 8322999). At the time of account setup i have filled all the required details regarding my business and website and payU have activated my account after detail verification.

But after i have integrated the payment gateway and started to receiving payment from my customers PayU put a hold on my settlement with a amount of almost Rs 75000 . PayU asked me to verify my transactions by showing them the invoice and proof of delivery.

So i have send them my proofs. But after few days they gave me a reply stating that my website is not live or functional. (How can they say that.? since each day my customers are paying me through payU payment gateway and i can see all the transaction details from my payU control panel ). They have also asked me to explain the how my business works.

So again i have send them all the detailed working and proof of my business to them. And its been almost 2 weeks i was waiting for their reply they are not responding . and my status of ticket related to this problem is showing "in progress".

Now my business is almost halted. Since my funds are put on hold by payU. I have to borrow money from people to run my business. Its very cruel for payU to do like this for small shop owners like me. I am almost fed up since its the only source of income for me.

PayU has actually put a hold on my LIFE.

Now i need my fund to be cleared as soon as possible. Either they can close my merchant account and refund my amount. Or they have to solve this issues very soon and not let this happen again.

After registering complaint in here, PayU has contacted me through email. Stating that they will be resolving the complaints as soon as possible and told me to be patient. On 11-24-2021 i have received the settlement into my account after they told me sign a document/Letter of Representations and Undertakings. As you can see the time frame to resolve this issue was so long. but still problem got solved.
PayUMoney customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
