[Resolved]  PayUMoney — Settlement on hold and refund not processing

Hi,

Payu is holding my settlement and saying suspicious transaction. I just asked them to refund the transaction amount 49977 regarding transaction I'd [protected].

Now my customer is demanding the refund. But Payu is not processing it for so long and not replying to my messages too.

Hi! As already informed you by our team on ticket id LM[protected], you need to transfer the funds to PayU nodal account in order to process the refund for mentioned transaction.
