PayUMoney — Settlement on hold and they are not giving any reason | |
I have a merchant account with payu and I paid for this account. They are holding my payments in earlier days and whatever they asked I provided. But for now again they hold my payments from last 2 months and even there is no option to contact them, they have only chatbot option that too if I open it is saying you payments on hold but no proper information. I have written many emails, there is no proper mail communication from them, not even responded to my emails. As I have a paid membership from them they are not taki5care of my issues and they are keeping my money without releasing it. I got scared that this company is going to shut6or not, but my money with them and they are playing with me. Please help me out from this issues. I don't know how many persons like me suffeing with these people. Please all I need my money back and after that I don't need their services, I will close everything from them. Very very very worst service, I think they are closing company soon, I have seen many people complaining the same about settlements, they diverted our money I guess. Careful guys, I lost hope for my money. Don't be fools yourself by purchasing the payment gateway services.
