PayUMoney — Settlement on hold for 210 days

They suspended the amount for 210 days without any prior notification. We are taking payment from one of our websites. Initially the amount settled but lateron they said you are misusing credentials. When we were adding website they didn't do anything neither they sent any information or notification. Initally the amount got settled properly but after two settlement they gave this excuse and suspended the account for 210 days. Now neither they are telling the further process nor responding any email. This time the settlement of amount is very much important.

We are not missusing the credentials. the website I am taking payment from is our property only.

I raised ticket multiple times but they are saying the misuse of salten key and suspended account for 210 days. No further process is told by them. My Merchent ID
is 7317467.
