[Resolved]  PayUMoney — "Settlement on Hold" for more than Rs 75000 and PayU Not Responding to Ticket and not even Replying

We are an adventure company, we deal with providing tourism services to consumers PAYU money has been accepting my payments and settling them.

From 1st of May 2022 PayU has not transferred a single amount to the bank account. i have raised them a Ticket TK[protected] and the ticket closing date was 14 May 2022, it is not yet closed despite 18 days having passed. They are not even responding after the 12th May 2022. I cannot pay for the services to other service providers and it's impacting my Business. This is completely Unacceptable of PayU Money for not communicating. I tell let them take 100 Days to resolve, i will have no issues. But at least have the courtesy of replying back, there is no call center number only a chat box to raise querry and the standard reply comes back :

We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.
We have forwarded your issue to our concerned team and they will get back to you shortly.

Please PayU Money as a consumer of your services please process my funds, and please reply, I really regret the day I choose PayU Money. I never had any issues with you people but only this year. I had been your customer since 2016. and I don't think you treat your old customers this way.
