PayUMoney — settlement on hold for rs. 8507 & 425

Team, payu money as put on hold my settlement for 2 transaction worth rs. 8507 & 425 having invoice number invt1n5v2u9h7p200907 payumoney refernce id[protected] &[protected]. I don't have any invoice as i am an advocate and advocate don't require the gst no. And payment received for my consultation fees at upfront which was pending since 15 days with clinet now client was sit just infront of me and after requesting he makes the payment thorugh my mobile. Now again payu has hold the payment so either settle this amount to my account or refund back the amount to buyer and if any convenience fees of payu, he can charged & settle the amount to my account.

I am not begging from payu, it's my money and they are using public fund unauthorized ways. Either process refund or settle the payment.
