PayUMoney — Settlement on hold, payment neither credited nor refunded

A payment was made on May 2nd but the amount was not credited to my bank account or any further information provided. I tried refunding the amount to the original source, but now it shows the settlement is on hold. There's no way to reach customer care or the company and my money is stuck when I urgently require it!
