PayUMoney — Settlement on Hold. pls check complete my Kyc.

My payu merchant id 6817255
On 02/09/2023 i received 2500 money through the payu payment gateway. But they put these amounts on hold. So i try to reach customer care but no response.
As per the payu request I have submitted all the required documents.Deed, Pan etc.
There is no any customer care number for us to contact. Why you don't have any customer care number.???
If we don't receive our settlement money soon we will file a complaint in consumer court.
