[Resolved]  PayUMoney — Settlement put on hold without firm reason

My Settlement is put on hold from 21/10/2021 by Pauy money of amount more than 28000. All money has been earned by selling rightful product and all payments taken via Link of Payu.
We have provided all required documents asked by Payu, all invoices regarding sales and also provided food license.
Resolution was to be done by 27/10/2021 but still it has not been completed.
Even for last 10 days I am not getting any response from company. Attached here entire conversation with payu money.
