Dear team,
I have requested to shut down my gateway and settle my payments which are there in my account as settlement is not enabled on my gateway yet but there is no response even after multiple replies submitted to the request/complaint i have raised online on the payu portal.
They have been updating the complaint stating your expected resolution time has been extended but there is no response from there side or not even a single call is been made my them if tat is extending. Also we are helpless as we are not able to call the customer care number since they dont have any now this is a big draw back of a multi billion company where a customer has an issue and need to wait for pay u to call them which they dont even bother to call to the customer and we have around 13000 rs which are yet to be settled and no one is either bothering to do the same.
