[Resolved] PayUMoney — Settlements not received | |||
We are using payumoney payment gateway to sell our products online (Mid : 5436060). There was an issue with our bank account registered with payumoney. Hence, around 3 weeks ago (On 13/06/2020) we changed to a different account and also completed all documentation work. Payumoney confirmed that the settlements that were pending before and after this will be credited to our account in 72 hours. Till date we have not received a single rupee from them. There is no customer service number where we can reach out to. We only got a basic reply to our ticket "we apologize for the inconvenience caused. We have forwarded your details to our concerned team. Our team will get back to you shortly." Now they have also stopped responding to our followups.
