Below mention email i recived from payu money

(Greetings from payumoney!! We would like to inform you that the said payment ids:[protected] and[protected] are successful. We request you to reach out to the customer support team of st marys convent educational society regarding the transactions. As per our records, the merchant transaction ids are 3rdquarterfee[protected] and 3rdquarterfee[protected]. Attached are the receipt of the payments.)

But college says money was taken back and i have to pay fee.

But i didn't receive any money from payumoney.

Kindly do the needfull asap because annual exams started and i have to resovele by tomorrow.

We regret the inconvenience caused.

We would like to inform you that your transactions with Payment IDs:[protected] &[protected] are successful and the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant already on 4th Oct 2020. We'd advise you to inform the merchant to contact their relationship manager in case they have not received payment against the said transactions.

They give me bank statement and it shows money was taken back on 19 november 2019 and they got email stating that money was given to customer (to me).

I have mail copy and bank statement.
If possible give me any contact number or call back on [protected]

We would request you to share us below details for tracing the transaction.

• PayU, Merchant and Bank reference number.

• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.

• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.

• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.

• UPI / VPA if any used

· Transaction date
