PayUMoney — Still not refunded amount

My name is Nupur Niranjan Tiwaskar. I am a student of IHM Ahmedabad

We have pay amount of 21455 /- on date[protected] above transaction ID and it is successful in your record but in IHMA record it is unsuccessful transaction and the college says that it is chargeback on[protected] and payu said they refunded the amount. Iam attaching the document, please help us out because its been more than 1year 8 months the money still not received in my bank.

Updated by Priti Tiwaskar Still not refunded the amount of 21455 and payu said the refunded the amount and bank said still Money not refunded and the college said the money is charge back so please help us I don't know where is my money thank you.
