PayUMoney — Successful Transaction but Product not Delivered, No assistance provided by PayUMoney support team

I have online ordered for printer i.e. Brother HL L5100DN for Rs. 22, 880/- on website i.e. www.vaishnavitelesystems.com on dated 25/9/2021. And I called on contact no. [protected] which was mentioned on their website.

Unfortunately, i didn't get my order and talk to their support team, they told that my transaction was not successful or rejected they told me i will get refund by PayUMoney on my payment Original Payment source.


But I didn't received my refund. Then I contact support team but no assistant provided still. I did reached to cyber complaint too but still i didn't get any solution.
