[Resolved] PayUMoney — the trip planners (t. p. solutions) | |||||
Dear sir/madam, I would like to lodge a complaint against for the trip planners, noida base company, whose contact no is[protected] for doing fraud with customers. I am booking domestic package starting @24860/- just only 9644 (4nights/5days) dt 12/12/16 Valid for only 04 adults peoples & 2 kids Stay accommodation with our 3-5 star hotel/resorts for 4 night/5 days. Split this package for 2n/3d at one destination and 2n/3d for other destination. Bookings should made 18 days prior in advance Offer is valid for 10 months and validity start of the package since the day of transaction with us. No extra charges & hidden cost. In the company there is mr. Prachi desai, priti sharma & vickey be manager (Not sure about his designation) called up to my officail no. ([protected]) and informed about the plan and gifts along with it which i asked to send me full mail and other details. Since everything seems fine (Company details and package) i opted the plan and paid rs.9644.00 (Invoicetp_[protected] as they do not have option for to do the payment with post delivery the gift our vouchers. Later they said they will be sending gift and trip plan voucher which i did not get till now. After that when again i tried to reach the manager all customer care are saying that for booking my hotel dt 05/06 august 17 in krushnai hotel in lonawal (Maharashtra). But still dt they do not my hotel booking & now above landline no out of serice. As well their mails are not working now. Would request you to please help me out to refund my money and to take serious action against them as they are simply misguiding customer and doing fraud.
