[Resolved]  PayUMoney — they received money via upi from bank, denied that and not refunding

I used payumoney for paying 650/- inr to adeesh agrofoods. I used upi for the transaction. Amount was debited from my bank account but payumoney said that its failed and transaction was failed finally. I waited for 9-10 days to amount to refund. When its not refunded, i mailed payumoney. They said amount they did not receive and i need to check with bank. I checked with bank and bank confirmed that amount was indeed paid to payumoney's axis bank upi id. Same was reflecting on upi app which i used. When i check again with payumoney, they shamelessly saying that amount was not received from bank and i need to check with bank.
These guys are cheaters. Although its just an amount of 650/- of my hard earned money, i will make sure to report it to the higher authorities.

Please note that, PayU ID [protected] processed on 06/02/2018 was failed and we have not received funds for the same. Auto refund shall be processed by bank and should reflect in your account in 7-10 working days from the date of transaction.

If the amount does not reflect in your bank account within this time, kindly get in touch with your bank and raise a complain.

Yes I am aware as this is the first response I got from you guys when I raised complain on 13-Feb. With the same response I went to check with bank and from Bank it was confirmed that amount was successfully posted in your UPI ID with axis bank. THEY CONFIRMED IT THAT THEY GAVE YOU MONEY. Apart from that Google TEZ(UPI App) is also showing that amount was successfully posted . Now who is lying . I checked with bank and confirmed with app as well. Again if You are telling me that I go to bank then I will not go there and I will go to consumer forum. I have all the details and screenshots of transaction which saying that amount has been received in your AXIS bank UPI id.

I have again checked with Bank and Google Tez. Have shared UPI ID on mail as well. Could you now honestly check your accounts associated with that UPI ID ?

I saw my account statement and it was debited by 650/- . If you check yours then you will find it got credited by 650/- on or after 06-feb-2018.

DO check and revert.

Day- 20 : I have provided the exact account number which was given by State bank of india which they confirmed that amount was credited to that account. Still there is no response from the PayUMoney. Raised a complain on Ministry of consumer affairs as well. Lets see how much this 650/- will going to cost You PayUmoney Team.

• PayU Transaction ID, Merchant ID and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used

HI team,

I have details of the UPI account which is associated to payUMoney's UPI ID which was provided by SBI . Amount was successfully transfered in axis bank from SBI. PayUmoney is denying the same from 20 days.
Please let me know if you can help here and confirm the successful transaction of amount.
