[Resolved]  PayUMoney — ticket amount deducted but ticket not booked and refund not reflect in ac

Hello payu money i had booked the ticket on irctc but ticket is not booked and an amount has been deducted from my pnb account and a refund amount by irctc sent to the payumoney bank but there is no response from a bank. My details of all transaction are as below
Transaction id is [protected] on 12 may 2018 amount 830

Sir My train ticket has been cancelled on 26th may 2018, But amount not Credited in my Account or Bank. Transaction number is :- [protected], and Cancelation or refund id :- [protected], refund amount for Rs. 760. Plzzzz clear my problem.

On 22.5.18 at 10.20p.m jio recharge was done 49 rupees got deducted from my debit card hdfc i received a sms from payments pay u mumbai but recharge not done kindly refund my money
