[Resolved]  PayUMoney — ticket cancellation amount not transferred to account

I booked a rail ticket using my debit card through payumoney getgway. I had cancelled my ticket on 28/11/12 and irctc shows they transfered amount to payummp but till now i didn't get. I mailed irctc but they didn't respond. Please resolve it
