[Resolved]  PayUMoney — Ticket No JU[protected] No response on ticket and no settlements since 20 days.

I have not received any settlements since 20 days. Earlier I thought this was due to my IFSC code not working so I created a query for the same but there was no response to that either. I figured somehow to change my bank details and they have been changed now. However, My mobile app shows my account has suddenly been put on risk hold with no explanation regarding the same. I was asked to create a query so I did the same. I have even attached my POD Slips and GST Certificate for clearing out the issue. I need my settlements ASAP or I atleast need a response on what is exactly going on. This is really unprofessional for this kind of a company to not respond to their consumers that too even when they are holding payouts without any explanation. My Ticket No is JU[protected]. I need a response ASAP. It's been more than 20 days but no one has said anything. My expected date just keeps getting extending.
