[Resolved]  PayUMoney — ticket not booked but amount debited is not refunded by payumoney even after irctc has refunded the amount

Ticket was not booked citing the choice of berth not met but amount was deducted and it was refunded by irctc but payumoney has not credited it into my account yet. I used payumoney gateway. Date of transaction: 22nd july 2019

To deposit School Fees the money has been deducted from my account but the same is not reflected in School site and taking the transaction as unsuccessful. The Bank said the money has been send to you vis PRN No[protected].
Kindly resolve the Issue.

For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, you are requested to contact the merchant directly in order to get the status at their end.

Booked a ticket on isrtc and later i cancel the ticket and they send a email to me soon be refunded.now isrtc status showing refunded till now i cant get my money in my account.Its been 13 days after the cancellation of ticket. kindly please solve the issue
