TWO TICKETS I HAVE RAISED TILL YET NOT RESPONSES...

Till Yet not responses.. payumoney really disappointed me.. 4 days over buyers want to refund money .. I want to refund but till yet not show any refund option even money is not reached in my bank account.. how will I refund.. is the PayUmoney cheated us ? Day to day their responses very poor.
