PayUMoney Customer Care's response Hey, this is a successful TXN via PayUmoney Payment ID [protected] at our end, the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant. For any concern regarding, delivery of the product//Refund/Cancellation you are requested to contact the merchant directly to get the status at their end.

Updated by Vps panda How do I contact your merchant. What are you talking sir? Why I have to talk with them I paid through your website so you are only responsible for this. Refund my money as soon or give me diamonds soon.
