Yesterday i paid my daughter school fee through your gateway, you charged a very high amount in the form of service charge during the lockdown period, you have taken advantage of lockdown period and charged extra money from us. You are requested to return the extra charge amount. Detail given below for your reference

School fee is 13700/- but you charged 14202.78., rs.502.78 extra

We would like to inform you that the convenience fees may be applicable on transactions with few merchants (Utilities/Compulsory payments) and the same is visible on the payment page while processing the transaction.
