[Resolved] PayUMoney — transaction declined and refund pending

I had done a transaction on 24th june, 2019 - airtel recharge of 389 rupees from airtel website using icici bank netbanking through payu wallet. The transaction from icici bank happened successfully however it seems payu wallet declined the transaction and airtel recharge did not happen. Please refund the amount to my icici bank account. Attached the icici bank transactions on 24th june.

PayUMoney has promptly replied to my query and asked for more details on the said transaction. The real reason was that the transaction money was covertly diverted to Airtel Money wallet so PayUMoney does not have any wrong doings and has done a great job. Sorry for the inconvenience. The Consumer Complaints forum has helped me in getting confidence and security. Thank you.

We are unable to trace any transaction with the provided details. Please share the below details at [protected]@payumoney.com via email to assist you further -

• PayU, Merchant and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used
