Complaint marked as Resolved PayUMoney has promptly replied to my query and asked for more details on the said transaction.
The real reason was that the transaction money was covertly diverted to Airtel Money wallet so PayUMoney does not have any wrong doings and has done a great job. Sorry for the inconvenience.
