PayUMoney — Transaction failed but I didn't receive any transaction ID how can I claim for refund

I made a payment in the name of amravati educational society of Rs. 6800 on 21.07.21 my payment got failed, money got debited from my account and I didn't receive any transaction ID.
I want my refund
