[Resolved] PayUMoney — transaction failed but money deducted | |||||
Wanted to buy a book from http://halfpricebooks.in/. i went to the checkout option and selcted credit card payment. It took me to payumoney payment gateway where i entered my credit card details and pressed pay. Amount of rs.174 was deducted from credit card for which i received a sms. However, on the screen i got a message that "some error occured". I inquired with the http://halfpricebooks.in/ team. They cofirmed that the order is not received by them. So where is my money - there is no refund in my credit card too. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Actually i had done a payment using your site for the exam registration process in my college. The problem is that not i can't find the payment id in my email address and the number. Is there any way to find out my payment id with any details of mine.
