[Resolved] PayUMoney — transaction failed - refund not done

Hi, Date of incident[protected] Site of transaction - http://srilakshmichitramandira.com/ Amount - rs 240/- Ref-[protected]igabydezo4 in statement I tried to book tickets in http://srilakshmichitramandira.com/ on[protected] around 11:00pm. The transaction for booking got failed and the money got deducted from my account. I haven't got refund of my money rs 240/- (Ref-[protected]igabydezo4 in my statement). Please refund my money back. I purchase test series of ibps rrb po prelims from adda 247 at rs 100 however they showing that my order is failed but my money deduct.i already contact with adda 247 costumer care member they give me suggestion that cal payumoney they help me so i request you to solve my problem
