PayUMoney — Transaction failed/Refund not received

Transaction [protected] was done in irctc on 16-Jun-2022 using payu as gateway for booking train tickets of Rs 4179.65. Transaction has failed, but amount debited from my bank account. I have not received refund of 4179.65 into my bank account. Its been more than 25 days, but I didnt receive the refund. Please process the refund ASAP.

Updated by yugesh27 I have also raised a support ticket with number BG[protected] for the same and provided the transaction details and screenshots. No resolution has been provided on that yet

Please note that this is a successful transaction via PayU Id - [protected] at our end, the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant.
For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, you are requested to contact the merchant directly with Merchant Order Id - [protected] in order to get the status at their end.

Updated by yugesh27 IRCTC saying that they didnt receive the money. Bank says money was sent. Then the money should be with you only as you are the gateway. Kindly process the refund.
