[Resolved]  PayUMoney — Transaction got cancelled but money deducted from bank account

On 8th march 2022 my money was deducted from my account but my transaction got cancelled from your merchant site. My bank told me that no refund was initiated from your side.Please help me fast because its my college fees. Here is the message from my bank after the transaction.
Rs. 45, 000.00 debited from A/C XXXXXXXX650498 through Debit card on 08/03/2022 at 12:58:29. A/C bal. Rs. 0.56 .085716 -SANDIP HOSTE NASHIK.
Please help me.

payment was done on 08/03/2022 at 12:58:29 to Sandip Foundation Hostel Nasik

We regret to inform you that the transaction with the PayU ID: [protected] has been failed and we have not received funds against the same.

In case of an accidental debit, the amount will be auto reversed into the source account within 5 to 7 working days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday, and bank holiday).

Kindly contact the customer support team of the card/account issuing bank, in case the amount is not reversed into the account within the mentioned time.

We appreciate your understanding with regard to this matter.

i spoke with my bank and they told me that refund money initiation was not made from your side.Please look into this matter, its really urgent.
