[Resolved] PayUMoney — Transaction got cancelled but money reversal not initiated from your side

On 8th march my transaction was failed but money was deducted.I spoke with my bank and they told me that money refund was not initiated from your side. Please look in this matter it is very urgent.It has been more than 25 days now.
