[Resolved]  PayUMoney — Transaction got cancelled but refund not initiated

On 5th march my transaction was failed but money was deducted.I spoke with my bank and they told me that money refund was not initiated from your side. Please look in this matter it is very urgent.it has been more than 30 days now.
card last 4 digit - 508968
first 4 digit - 6815
amount - 45000 rs
date of transaction- 5th march

national consumer complaint number- 3369583
bank says you have not initiated the money refund.
It has been more than 30 days now, i will seriously take major action now.
