[Resolved]  PayUMoney — Transaction got cancelled but refund not initiated from your side

On 8th march my transaction was failed but money was deducted.I spoke with my bank and they told me that money refund was not initiated from your side. Please look in this matter it is very urgent.it has been more than 8 days now.

• PayU, Merchant, and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used

bank says you have not initiated the money refund.
It has been more than 15 days now, i will seriously take major action now.

We regret to inform you that the transaction with the PayU ID: [protected] has been failed and we have not received funds against the same.

In case of an accidental debit, the amount should be auto reversed into the source account within 5 to 7 working days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday, and bank holiday).

We request you to kindly contact the customer support team of the card/account issuing bank, in case the amount is not reversed into the account within the mentioned time.

We appreciate your understanding with regard to this matter.

I spoke with my bank and they said that the money is not reverted from your side and it has been more than 15 days. Please give me your contact details so that we can clear this matter.

Hey my bank is telling me that the transaction was successful and settled and the money was not reversed from your side.Please help me out it has been more than 25 days now.Please help me.
