Dear sir I had done a payment of rs 250 to www.egrashry.nic.in. Transaction is failed from the merchant end but you are showing successful payment. Balance is also deducted from my account. Further i again done the payment from different debit card from your portal. That transaction is successful. Till today i had not received any refund.
