[Resolved]  PayUMoney — Unable to get payments via AMEX card

I have raised this concern with payumoney for over a month now, and still it is unresolved. The help center is the most pathetic one, there is no calling number and responses on email are pathetically slow and delayed. Since last over a month our customers using AMEX card are unable to make payments to us and the payment gets rejected with error failed in enrolment verification services, we have forwarded them all the relevant documents but no response from them. The active ticket ID is AK[protected]
