PayUMoney — Unauthorised transaction made on payumoney by sbi credit card

Some unscrupulous person misused our sbi credit card btween 21th feb 2016 - 3rd march 2016 by obtaining OPT numberand made transactions on airtel, vodafone, oxygenwallet, and others by using Payu ID:-

i request you take some actions toward this situation or reverse the transactions .
