[Resolved]  PayUMoney — Unsuccessful debit card Transaction to vtu

I had initiated the transaction through payu payment gateway by debit card but since the transaction was unsuccessful but still my money got debited from my account and even I have raised a ticket through payu app support but still I haven't got any response from them I am requesting you to resolve this issue at the earliest and please refund my money back.

Hi!

As checked, transaction via PayU id [protected] stands failed and we have not received any funds for the same. Please contact your issuing bank in case any accidental debit has happened from your bank account.

But money has been debited from my bank account even I have attached you the proof of screenshot you can see above what is this irresponsibility from your side cheating on others money
Hi! You need to contact your issuing bank in case any accidental debit has happened from your bank account.
