[Resolved]  PayUMoney — Unsuccessful Refund

I placed an order on 23rd October 2021 on Zara. Few minutes later I canceled the order. I received a mail from PayU saying refund has been successful but the money doesn’t reflect in my bank account. Please take the required actions. Thank you
