[Resolved] PayUMoney — urgent: settlement on hold

Got mail from payu that they required proof of delivery of this one transaction id:[protected], and till then all my settlements is put on hold. I have submitted there requirements and unfortunately have received no response from there side. I need timely settlements, i am a small business and run with whatever little i get from the settlements, if payu holds my settlement i will be forced to shut my business. Verified Support Jul 28, 2020 PayUMoney Customer Care's response Hi Rohit, Please note that the settlement process is transaction + 2 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays). Once your customer makes the payment, the same gets automatically settle in your registered bank account as per the settlement process.
