While booking the ticket from vip darshan for tirumala website, amount has debited in my sbi internet banking account through your pay money, due to server problem. Transaction not completed. Please verify id[protected] of rs 1460.0 for narinder kumar. Please verify amount will be return back to my transaction amount in my same account. Kinldy consider this mail and revert back the same.

Please note that this is a successful TXN via PayUmoney Payment Id[protected] at our end, the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant.

For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, you are requested to contact the merchant directly in order to get the status at their end.

I had placed an order through missa more clothing website but order is not placed but amount is debited from my account please solve this issue and refund my amount

Hi,

The transaction for PayU payment ID 261155913 was failed at our end and we have not received any funds for the same. Banks generally take 3 to 5 working days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday) to refund the amount back to the customer's source account. Kindly contact the Bank for any further assistance.
