[Resolved] PayUMoney — vtu provisional degree certificate

I have applied for vtu provisional degree certificate and i have paid the amount of rs. 400 through payumoney gateway through an international debit card. Now i am not able to open my dashboard and download the receipt. I have got a message regarding deduction of money from my account. I want to get my money refunded or to get my receipt in order to complete the formalities to obtain my provisional degree certificate. I would be pleased if you would me out with this matter. On 18 July, I had made a payment of Rs. 439 towards cost of a book to a Kolkata based e commerce site by phone pe but the vendor refuses to acknowledge receipt of the amount. The bank has shown a debit of the amount. I wish to know where the amount has been credited so that I can lodge a formal complaint.

Transaction id[protected] Rs 1604 for south bihar distribution . Payment deducted at Hdfc bank. But payment not done . Payment failure. Pls return back to my account.
