[Resolved]  PayUMoney — Why RBI should give license to Payumoney gateway for authorising digital payment transactions

I am a victim of Payumoney gateway by making payment through a fake website online store http://shopiteasy.in on 5th July for Rs360. Order ID: 111452. Payment was made to one Pankaj Raut of Itarshi and goods never received and worse there is no response, when I called the mobile number[protected] given in the website and no response when written to [protected]@shopiteasy.in.
While in today's world, any one can have a web site in the internet, why such Gateways like Payumoney should get involved in such fake transactions and
why such Gateways should be allowed by our Govt to operate in our country??
I find from your website that the satisfaction index of Payumoney is just 17%.

I have made payment on 10/07/2017 through your gateway to Institute of chartered accountants of India but they were not issue receipt.
