Facing integration issue since last week. I do lot of email to tech support team but no response found. After long time got a mail from awadhesh singh (Payu tech support member) he ask me to share credential after that no response, very bad exprience with pay u Still i am trying to contact and doing daily mail to payu but issue still live and pay did not respond me. I don't know how my money went to Creanovation account when I was applying fees for Ravenshaw University Form and after paying I get a message of the merchant name Creanovation Labs Private. After money being deducted from my bank account also the university page is showing that payment is not made. Refund as soon as possible.
Please note that this is a successful TXN via PayUmoney Payment Id - 194941385 at our end, the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant.
For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, you are requested to contact the merchant directly with Merchant Order Id - fds_ravenshaw2018_39571_26045 in order to get the status at their end.
