Having a problem with a product or service can be frustrating. If a phone call or email doesn’t resolve the problem, consider writing a complaint letter :

Worst payment gateway service! They say don't worry. We are here to help you. I would rather ask them to change it to : don't worry we are here to harass you!
I've been following them for the past 10 days but there is no proper reply. During the registration they called me so many times a day to register for there service. They even made me pay the amount for the service... But its been more than 10 days i am following them but they are least bothered to solve the issue.
People with serious intention of doing online business please stay away from them. You will definitely lose business!
Today i have sent a mail to deactivate payment gateway services.

Transaction is failed when i paid 5999 to www.store.adda247.com but debited from my dbs bank account Tansation id SDB971554 Please refund my money as quickly as posible

• PayU, Merchant and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used

these people really dont have any sort of contact number. and dont provide chat support as well.
Im a professional, i have seen worst of payu moneys so called professionalism.
