Payzox — updating to premium account

I pay 699 rupee through paytm to you and mail a screenshot in your email id: [protected]@payzox.com at 23 august but still waiting for updating my account.
I also mail you 3-4 times before this complain in your email id and in your site complain box but no answer come from your side so,
If you are not updating my account then give my money back.
Hoping to solve problem quickly.

Yesterday i transact the amount of 699 but my account is still the same..i send messages so many times but no contacts no helps..after sending transaction no. also but not solving...i think this is cheating..i want my money back
