Today i paid rs 500 to this paid survey website in order to upgrade my account..in trial mode they give 6 trial surveys to complete.. But for further surveys they as one time fee of 500 for premium membership..

They are not replying in mails..

Pls return my money..

They have shown govt. Recognised certificates to fool people.

Strict action should be taken towards them.

In last week month of july i was checking your website on mob. and my paytm account was already login ed .in mob.

So, payment was debited from paytm account automatically to get premium account activate but there is no any reply from your end..

If i check with payzox account still my account is inactive and it is asking payment again to get activate premium account.

I have sent no mails to payzox but there no any reply...Seriously, payzox guys go to hell ...f...off.

I had search online working website on Google
After searching I get a website name www.payzox.com for online surveying work from home
I had registered on that website after that I get some trial work
After that trial work they told me to upgrade my trial account to premium account for more work for Rs 699 through Paytm
After I paid that amount, they told me to upload my documents, I had tried too many times to uploading my documents but can't upload it
Within 3-4 months, I had mailed too many times on their customer care mail id and on website regarding this problem but can't get any answer from them
So I am complaining it for refunding my amount on my Paytm or to upgrade my account
I think this is a fake company

Yesterday i see payzox site and i attract with that.. They told me when i paid 700 rps wallet charge they will give me more suvays and i will get 1500 rps daily.. I belevied and i paid that rupees.. They told me that your account will be upgrade within 2_3 hours.. Still my account not upgrade.. I mailed them lot of times.. No replay.. Can i get their contact number.. And i need my money back.. Why they are cheating people like this

I have payed 700 through paytm.
Now its showing acoount upgradation is on processing..
They cheated on me...
I took this money from my friend.. Now i have to give him back.. How i dont know 😧
So please... Is their anyway to get mym money refund..

Few days i was searching for online home based jobs, i came across payzox online survey site. I completed 6 trail surveys and rs 58.3 was reflecting in account balance but to withdraw them i need to upgrade my account, and more surveys will be given. I deposited rs 699 via paytm and shared the screenshot. Till now i have not received any response nor money refund. As per them account will be upgraded in 2-3 hours. This site should punished and these people need to be penalized for cheating the public. Fake people with unethical approach. I contacted them via submitting my complaint. No answer for the same.

After registration I did not get any survey.I have paid 699 for registration through my paytm account, I got this site from Internet and I have tried free trial and after that I have paid for survey but after registration I went to the site with my credentials but I did not find any survey, it is showing that you are not registered. There is no contact number to connect with payzox customer care.
Please return my money as soon as possible.

I had paytm you the fee for converting my account to premium account on 18th august and it is confirmed by you on your site.

I came to know from site i have to upload various documents to activate my account including aadhaar card & gst no.

I had mailed you that all other documents i can upload but not my aadhar card and gst no, i don't have.

As it is mandatory to upload all the documents; so i had requested you to refund my money to my paytm mobile no.

But till date neither have received my money nor any reply to any of my mails including through your site under tab "need help"

I have never come across a company which neither reply any mails nor have any number to contact.

I had thought you are attached to imrb, but sorry to say, am having a worst experience with you.

I have complained it many times but no response from your side. I want my money to be refunded or upgradation of my account to premium account. I pay 699 rupee through paytm to you and mail a screenshot in your email id: [protected]@payzox.com at 23 august but still waiting for updating my account.
I also mail you 3-4 times before this complain in your email id and in your site complain box but no answer come from your side so,
If you are not updating my account then give my money back.

Hey as most of the complaints submitted here about payzox says, my issue is exactly alike... I came across the site searching for online work, they claim to provide online paid surveys, initially they didn't mention anywhere that payment is has to made in order to get work. Then there were 6 trail surveys from which i earned 58rs in their wallet but i couldn't transfer them in my paytm account cause my account was a trial account & in order to get this money plus more surveys i had to upgrade my account with a fee of 699/- & it would be upgraded in the span of 2-3 hours so i thought it was a good deal of getting work and i paid it via paytm since then no response from the company, no upgradation has been made. I even contacted their support email but no response. I think the government should take action against this and such websites.

I had pay for premium account through paytm 5 hours ago but still did'nt get acces to premium account.and dind'nt get any answer of about my message in contact us(option) two times. On app it is clear that we linked with paytm and which i gave payment on this no.[protected] of 699 to access premium and also send the screenshot to [protected]@payzox.co company not satisfying their customers

Recently I was registered on Payzox.com under trial account and after taking 6 surveys it asked me to upgrade to premium account by paying 699 rupees. I have paid 699 rupees and i didn't get any information from them till now. Such a fake company i had ever seen. They don't even have contact number. I registered today in Payzox for online income And they ask me for prime member need to submit 69 through paytm and they will acctivite my account so I can earn more and I transfer 699 they said they will activate my account with 2-3hr but haven't received any response And askede me to take screenshots of paytm transaction and they ask me to send on the given mail id

I have completed the payment process for getting premium account but there no response it is almost 24hrs but i didn’t get any response i want my money back or i will take serious action.in the site it was written that you have to take premium account to take advantage and take 50 surveys and only after premium account you can withdraw money only after premium account so i did payment to get premium account but i didn’t get response.
