My building "balaji residency" is located in pimple gurav near kate puram chowk vinayak nagar lane no.2. There are 20 flats are there in the building and all flat members are there. We did not receive any legal documents from the builder. The construction is not completed and amenities not provided as said by the builder. We are facing multiple issues in the building. There is no legal entrance in the building. Some payments are pending from our side, but the builder is not taking forward to provide all documents, which are required for us. Myself C. Chaudhary from Laxminagar line no. 3, old sangavi. Sewage pipeline running behind my home is leaking from past 4 days. And pig are taking its advantage because of which the area is spreading. Please take asap action to stop it.

Hello sir,
This is a very common issue where the builder is not able to provide the documents to the buyers. In that case, you have to drag the builder to the RERA court because as per RERA court if the builder is not giving the relevant documents to the buyer which is mandatory for the buyers they can be charged with a penalty.
