PCMC — Complain regarding name change

Hi i give request to change of name in 6 jan 22 now almost 5 months still name has not change i submit all the documents with the form he had submit all the forma and give receipt on the Xerox of the form but it 5 months name has not change

ghara no is [protected] in the name of pratikhsa rakshi
and i have to change of the name of mr jairav desai

I am attaching the receipt that i received from thergaon pcmc Property tax office
