PCMC — Dengue spreading in our locality

Dear Sir,
I stay in pimpri behind old state bank near deluxe mall and there have been several cases of people suffering from dengue but yesterday my neighbours family got affected and 2 members of them got dengue so i belive there mosquitos breed is somewhere in their home hence please send someone to check it as soon as possible..!

It was logged on 12th Oct but still showing as assigned only. As per PCMC process it should be escalated at least.
