PCMC — Drainage chamber obstruction and threatened to close chamber by neighbouring society

Sir,
I am a Senior Citizen living in above mentioned address Survey no. 101/1, Nehrunagar, since year 1973 along with my family. I got two drainage connections approved and connected by Public Health and Sanitation Department, Pimpri, Chinchwad Municipal Corporation in the year 2004. The Approval sanctioned number is 2615/1186/2004.
I am facing severe growing problem of blockage of Drainage from last 7 days. The sewage water is back flowing and entering in my house. I hired a private person to open the Drainage cover of the chamber and found my chamber is particularly filled with mud and cement. To my surprise the other four chambers in line are also filled with water and blocked.
The Chamber lines has been encroached illegally by the neighbouring society named Waghere Towers in the year 29 Oct 2010 for which I have registered a complaint regarding the encroachment of Drainage chamber with PCMC Commissioner Office. The complaint letter was signed and received by the authorities of Commissioner Office. Till date no action was taken and no attention was paid regarding my complaint. through which the connection line was sanctioned to my premises. Now te Waghere Society is trying to destroy and close my Drainage chamber. The Society member warned me that they are going to close all these drainage line lying in the Waghere Society compound. This drainage chambers was built in the year 2004 for the use of residents of Survey No. 101/1 to which I have got two connections by paying the appropriate fees to PCMC Corporation office. The Waghere Tower Society also taken the connection in the same drainage line and were using since 2010. They encroached all the drainage lines by building their illegal compound wall and claimed to be the privately built chamber by the Waghere .PCMC build drainage Chambers which is originally build and connected for the use of residents of Survey No. 101/1
I kindly request you to seriously intervene in this matter of high importance because the Sewage water with dirt is entering into my house which will definitely cause disease and death. The drainage water is leading to growth of mosquitoes which leads to Malaria and Dengue and also can cause mutant Corona virus infections.
